- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by listening carefully to their concerns and asking questions to fully understand the issue. I then provide a free inspection and detailed estimate so there are no surprises about the work or the cost. Once the customer approves, I complete the repair with a focus on quality, safety, and long-term reliability. I also walk the customer through the work that was done, explain any recommendations for future maintenance, and make sure they are 100% satisfied before the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in plumbing and home repair, specializing in diagnosing issues and providing lasting solutions.
