- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60 per hour, no overtime for weekdays, but Sat. and Sunday will be at overtime rates., There is a minimum $20 trip charge to pay for mileage and gasoline. Any job within 20 miles is not charged travel time but greater distances should expect to pay for travel time. Parts and taxes are charged apart from labor. Visa is accepted, but payment must be made as soon as the job is complete. Small discount for cash.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have recently completed two courses on solar photo voltaics at Pima Community College.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I asked an employment counselor whether I should be a plumber or a carpenter and he said anybody can drive a nail. (It's actually not true, a good carpenter is worth his weight in gold) I went and got into the plumbers apprenticeship.
