- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do a lot of small Jobs. Like: plumbing repairs (faucets, hose bibs, toilets), electrical (new outlet, breakers, troubleshooting, ceiling fans) drywall repairs, hang doors, repair windows (or install new), tile work, service coolers, you name it... Also I do larger jobs like kitchen and bath remodels, stucco, painting, new roofs, concrete slabs, the list goes on...
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would look for: References: this is where you'll find out if they are honest, fair, on time and work quality. 80% of our business is from referrals. We love it when you talk to our references! Years of business: a lot of guys think they can just start up a handyman service, and very few do it full time or do it long term. We have been in business since 1997 and have been doing it full time and at time with as many as 5 employees. Insured: Insurance can be expensive but well needed in case of an emergency. We care a $2mil policy. Licensed: not to many handymen are, this provides you with extra protection thru the registrar of contractors. Our ROC is 223212
