- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by conducting a meet and greet with all new customers and providing a free estimate and doing a full evaluation on their project/property needs. Once established, we will continue to build a strong relationship with the customer and get the project/service started by contacting our vendors/crews to conduct the required services.

Here at TKS Solutions we work with all types of customers throughout the Phoenix metro valley. Anyone who is looking for a small and simply project to luxury high dollar projects.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice that we can give to a customer is for them to do their research on the company(s) that they're wanting to hire. Make sure that they're licensed, bonded, and insured with the state. Another great thing to is to look up reviews or speak to friends, family, co-workers, and even neighbors and see who would would recommend.
