- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Extreme Earthworks estimates/bids each job individually based on time, manpower, and equipment needed to complete the job. Our pricing is different for every project. We will NEVER claim to be the cheapest Contractor out there, and there is a reason for that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take care of our customers, from start to finish, we make the process as easy, friendly, and professional as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ken Gouchenour has multiple college Degrees, which include an Associates in Business Admin, an Associates in CADD (Computer Aided Drafting & Design), and a double Bachelors in Sociology and Criminal Justice, along with many other certifications including the Department of Defenses Superintendents Course obtained from Texas A&M University. Prior to starting Extreme Earthworks (after leaving the Army), Ken worked for several large Construction Companies, holding positions ranging all the way from Heavy Equipment Operator, Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Manager/Safety Manager. We also use other professional sources to maximize our ability to perform every job in the most efficient, safe, and cost effective way possible.
