We had our primary bathroom remodeledwith Starz Remodeling. We starteddiscussing plans with Saad in AugustThe planning process was very organized and detailed and our questions were answered promptly. Saad was able to fit us into their schedule since we wanted to start as soon as possible. We started construction in late September and completed renovation in mid-October which was shorter than we initially planned, we are very happy with our bathroom.Everyone on the team is professional andholds themselves to a high standardKinda, the designer, was amazing to workwith. She was so quick to understand ourstyle and was an immense help insourcing all the pieces. Tamer and Rawan the project managers were always attentive.Towards the end of the project, he noticed our water pressure was low, and though itwas unrelated to the renovation, tookinitiative to help us determine the sourceof the issue and fix it. Jose, the foreman as well as all the other craftsmen on the project did produced quality work. I appreciated the WhatsApp channel they had setup for us, and the weekly schedule that was shared the Friday before each week. It made communication very easy. If there was ever a hiccup, it was promptlyaddressed. Thank you to Starz Remodeling Team!
