Introduction: Happy to meet you! We are Done Neatly, a woman-owned, small business team of female organizers servicing the NYC tri-state area! We have been hard at work growing Done Neatly for the last five years into the premier full service home organizing company it is today!

Lastly, in order to properly schedule and determine the scope of a project, for most projects, we like to kick off with an initial phone call. This will allow us to tell you about our company and services, in addition to allowing you to share a bit more detail about your project! During the call, unless you would like to share ahead of time, we will kindly ask for a quick video inclusive of the space(s) and content that needs to be organized! The volume of items ultimately drives the SOW, so we cannot thank you for providing this when the time comes! If you are in the middle of a move or have things in boxes, we understand that a video will be difficult to do or challenging to know the volume we're working with. We can discuss an alternative over the phone!

Unbelievable experience! Amazing company with the best team- beyond happy with all the wonderful services! I love to live in an organized home but feel often overwhelmed to make this my reality! Ashley and her team are incredible. First, Ashley spent an hour on the phone listening to my style preferences, clothing hoarding tendencies, and emotional attachment to clothing. She was caring and thoughtful throughout our conversation. We scheduled her and her team to come within the same month, even though I was traveling, and she was accommodating. They worked meticulously, considering my weekly and seasonal dressing needs, and built my closet accordingly. Ashley also helped me purge my wardrobe, taking into account my style and current trends. As a mom going through sizing changes, she made sure there was someone to assist me in planning for different stages of maternity. She was thoughtful and insightful every step of the way.The end result is like something out of a catalog. I can see all my clothing, and I love entering my closetit's my happy place, thanks to Ashley and her team! I can't wait to have her return for organizing our nursery, garage, and kitchen next :)
