Absolutely DO NOT hire this company. Arnur the tech came to fix our Miele dishwasher. First he said we had replace the entire door, then my husband pointed out that it had been leaking in the back before. Then Arnur said it was a level issue so he adjusted the height of the dishwasher and it wouldnt fit under the counter again. He demanded $170 because he fixed it. We told him he actually didnt fix anything, the dishwasher was level before taking it out from under the cabinet. Plus, he had adjusted it so it was practically leaning over to look at the underside. We told him we werent going to pay for something he didnt fix. So he unleveled the dishwasher to make it super crooked because he got angry and flooded our entire kitchen. My husband at the point very forcefully told him to get out and he threw open our front door and stormed out. When I called to complain Tina at Midwest said that the leveling fixed the problem and we should have paid. Absolutely a bogus company and terrible service. Quite obvious they have no idea what theyre doing. All their 5 star reviews all seem faked to me.
