- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple and transparent. I don’t take insurance — all sessions are private-pay. You can book a single session or choose a coaching package (Hike, Drive, or Fly) depending on your goals. I don’t do long-term contracts — just honest conversation about what you need and what fits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a free consultation to see if it feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll talk about your goals and pick the right starting point — whether it’s a single STEP session or a longer journey. Everything’s tailored, nothing’s rushed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Qualified Administrator(QA) for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). I’ve spent over two decades helping people navigate change, lead with clarity, and grow through challenge — both cross-culturally and in professional environments. My background includes coaching, training, DEI, intercultural education, curriculum design, and organizational development.
