- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $100 / hour. On site work requires a 1 hour minimum charge and remote work 1/2 hour. We also offer a "Fix it or it's FREE guarantee"!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss your issue and make sure our services are a good fit. Then we determine if the job should be done in person or remotely. We have you fill out a basic information form and get you on the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 years of experience troubleshooting and fixing all manner of technology. We are professionally trained in electrical systems and troubleshooting.
