This was my first year using Roots to mow my lawn. The first couple of times they mowed my yard, I was not pleased with the results. I called in to share my concern. One of the owners, Michael, took my call and agreed to to out to my property, so I could show him why I was concerned. I was quite surprised and impressed that Michael was willing to come out and speak with me. After visiting my property, Michael gave me his assurance that Ill be happy with the results going forward. Michael was right, I was very pleased with the results the rest of the summer. Any business can have its challenges, but it is how you respond to those challenges that show the true character of an organization. Michael and Roots far exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend them.
