- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first session is 90 minutes and priced at $300. This includes a comprehensive intake, personalized assessment, and your first full hypnotherapy session. Follow-up sessions are $225 and last 60–75 minutes. I also offer multi-session packages, veteran discounts, and sliding scale options on a limited basis. No hidden fees—just focused, professional support tailored to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a free phone consultation to understand your goals and answer any questions. If we’re a good fit, we schedule your first 90-minute session, which includes a detailed intake, suggestibility testing, and your first hypnotherapy session tailored to your needs. From there, we develop a personalized plan based on your goals, with most clients seeing progress within just a few sessions. I offer guidance, tools, and support every step of the way—your transformation starts with trust and collaboration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), the first nationally accredited college for hypnotherapy, where I completed over 700 hours of clinical training in therapeutic hypnosis, behavior modification, and subconscious programming. My education includes specialized training in trauma recovery, pain management, and emotional wellness. I also bring real-world experience from my military service, which deepened my understanding of stress, resilience, and the unique mental health needs of veterans and first responders. Additionally, I have a background in medical support roles, which allows me to work confidently alongside traditional healthcare providers in support of holistic healing. This combination of clinical training, hands-on experience, and service background helps me connect with clients in a grounded, results-oriented way.
