- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized and depends on several factors: the size of the area, type of surface (carpet, upholstery, mattress, etc.), level of soiling, presence of stains or odors, and accessibility (floor level, elevator, parking). Standard cleaning includes: Initial inspection and assessment; Pre-treatment of stains; Deep cleaning with professional equipment; Hot water extraction and deodorization. Discounts: We offer a 15% discount for new clients; Additional promotions or free bonuses (such as complimentary deodorization) may be available during seasonal offers. No hidden fees. You will always know the exact amount before we start the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the first message, we ask the client to describe the surfaces that need cleaning and whether there are any tough stains or problem areas. This helps us prepare properly for the visit. When we arrive, we do a quick walkthrough with the client, check the areas of concern, and explain how the cleaning process will go. We also discuss realistic expectations, so everything is clear and transparent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have completed specialized training in professional cleaning of upholstery, carpets, and mattresses, including stain removal, working with different fabrics, and odor treatment. We also continuously improve our skills, stay updated on the latest technologies, and upgrade our equipment to ensure the best possible results for our clients.
