Our pricing is transparent and based on the number of guests, dessert options selected, and whether our interactive kiosk is included. We offer discounts for larger events or repeat clients. All setup, serving, and cleanup fees are clearly outlined in advance—no hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick discovery call or message to understand the event details, guest count, and dessert preferences. Then we send a custom quote and, once approved, we handle everything—from preparation to full setup and service at the event. We stay in touch every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is food safety certified and trained in customer service and event presentation. We also have years of experience in dessert catering, visual merchandising, and creating memorable guest experiences.
