- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flexible payment options to accommodate different budgets and needs. Whether you prefer to pay in full or in installments, we can find a plan that works best for you. I also occasionally offer package deals or limited-time discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by setting up a Zoom call so we can introduce ourselves and have an open conversation about your goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you're facing. During this call, we’ll also go over pricing, scheduling, and the structure of the coaching program. This helps ensure we’re aligned and that I can tailor a plan specifically for your needs right from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified personal trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and I hold a current CPR/AED certification. In addition to that, I regularly take continuing education courses focused on training techniques, nutrition, and behavior change to stay up to date and better serve my clients.
