FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the type and complexity of the task rather than a flat rate. Simple jobs like installing shelves, mounting a TV, or assembling small furniture usually have a fixed price or hourly rate, while larger or more complex projects are priced individually after discussing details. I always provide a clear estimate before starting, so there are no surprises. If the work takes less time than expected, I adjust the cost accordingly. There are no hidden fees—only the cost of labor and any materials (if needed). I aim to keep my rates fair, affordable, and transparent for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and vision. Then I offer a free estimate, discuss timeline, materials, and next steps. Communication is clear and easy throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in light home repairs, furniture assembly, shelving installation, and minor fixes. I’ve also been professionally installing windows and doors for a few years, so I can easily help with small repairs around the house. I continue to learn and improve with every job.
