Packages start at $120/hr, with discounts available for 12+ sessions. Each package includes not just workouts, but nutrition coaching, lifestyle strategies, and accountability outside the gym so you see real, lasting results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation session to go over your goals, training history, and lifestyle. From there, I design a personalized plan that includes your workouts, nutrition coaching, and accountability check-ins. Every step is tailored to you so you can see steady, sustainable progress from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was first certified as a personal trainer in my home country of Australia, and after moving to New York I earned additional U.S. certifications in personal training, strength & conditioning, and nutrition coaching. Combined with years of experience training clients in Manhattan gyms and private studios, this gives me a well-rounded approach to helping clients lose fat, build strength, and stay consistent.
