My pricing is flexible and designed to fit different needs and experience levels. I offer three plans — Basic, Performance, and Premium — starting at $85 per month. Every plan includes a free 30-minute consultation call before committing, so we can discuss your goals and see if we’re the right fit. I occasionally offer discounts for new clients and bundle deals for longer coaching commitments. There are no hidden fees — you only pay for the plan you choose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and fully personalized: - Free 30-Min Consultation Call — We discuss your goals, current fitness level, running history, and lifestyle. - Personalized Training Plan — I design a fully customized program tailored to your schedule, fitness level, and objectives. - Ongoing Support — Weekly check-ins, training adjustments, and data analysis to ensure progress. - Performance & Mindset Coaching — I help you stay motivated, manage stress, and enjoy the journey. My goal is to make running sustainable, effective, and fun — without unnecessary pressure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and years of experience studying human performance, endurance physiology, and recovery strategies. Combined with my background as a competitive athlete, I use evidence-based methods to design training plans that are safe, effective, and tailored to each athlete.
