Hi! Im Jen - the heart behind Jenesis Yoga. Think of me as part yoga teacher, part meditation coach, part stress-relief sidekick. I offer private yoga, meditation, and Yoga Nidra sessions designed to fit your body, your schedule, and your life. With 600+ hours of training and 5+ years of teaching in New York City and India, I blend ancient wisdom with a modern, down-to-earth approach. (Fun fact: I used to be a CPA in finance, so yes, I know stress, spreadsheets, and the art of sitting way too long at a desk.) My sessions are grounding, accessible, and tailored to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected, on and off the mat.
