I hired Ceci from Blue Key to manage a property I own in Philadelphia while living in Florida and she is amazing! You can reach her any time. I didn’t want to go through the work of finding a tenant, or hiring a realtor company. She does everything they do, for less, and offers more of a genuine touch. She found tenants for the property, managed the background checks, walk throughs, any maintenance request. Honestly all I did was answer her texts and cash in on the money she was making me. I’ve had her work with a variation of budgets and she has gone above and beyond every time. She also has a great network of contractors that offer great work for great prices. When you’re somewhere so far away, it’s important to find someone you can trust with your home, Ceci has been that for us!
