- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of work and time required. We aim to be fair and transparent, with no surprise charges. Any changes are discussed before moving forward. Cash payments are always more affordable than Credit Cards by 4% (we quote cash price).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding the project and confirming the scope of work. Once expectations are clear, we schedule a time that works for the customer, arrive prepared, complete the job efficiently, and clean up afterward. We always check in before leaving to make sure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from over 10 years of handyman work, and over 20 years of networking and computing work for employers and later ourselves, hands on experience working on residential homes, learning proper installation techniques, basic electrical and plumbing standards, and safe use of tools. We continue building on this knowledge through real world projects and problem solving.
