In addition to hands-on cleaning experience, I come from the tech and product industry, where I’ve learned how to build efficient, user-friendly systems. I personally designed our website and booking process with the customer experience in mind making pricing, scheduling, and communication simple and transparent. That background allows me to run a more organized, reliable service with systems that actually work.
