This place is by far the best Physical Therapy I have ever been to and I had tried 3 before finding Ares. I had been going to Physical Therapy, essentially wasting my time, making no progress. I had been recommended to go here and see Dr. Liz. Since seeing her and her team I have gained my life back! When I first started at Ares I was barely able to walk. Now I can lead a normal life where I can ride a bike, hike and walk pain free. I credit Ares for getting me back to living a normal life again. If you have ever been to a point where you have been going to Physical Therapy and think it isn't working, I encourage you to give Ares a try, I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

As someone whos fairly active its been rough as for years Ive had on and off lower back pain. I just presumed I should stretch prior to working out but that didnt solve the issue. I consulted with Ares and after mere minutes, they discovered issues with my psoas and hip flexors. After they provided me with a tailored fit therapy program, my pain began to fade and I felt 15 years younger. I usually dont write reviews for anything but I this place really deserves to be on the map after what they did to help me. Ive since become even more active and have lost 20 lbs as my workouts have become more efficient with a steadier body and form. Im forever grateful and will continue following the advice I was given as long as I can.

Last year I suffered a pretty serious knee injury, and ever since then my knee just hasnt felt the same. I tried going through traditional physical therapy, but nothing seemed to make a real difference. I often felt like the programs I was given werent actually designed for me they felt generic, like something pulled off a shelf rather than something built around my specific needs. After a while, I honestly started to believe I might never return to competitive cycling, which was a huge part of my life.Fortunately, I eventually found Ares, and from the very beginning something just felt different. Dr. Liz actually took the time to listen really listen to what I was experiencing and what my goals were. She created a program tailored specifically to me, and what impressed me even more was how it evolved as I improved. It never felt like a one size fits all approach, it felt intentional, thoughtful, and personal.Im not fully healed yet, but Im genuinely on the road to recovery in a way I never thought possible. I cant thank Dr. Liz and her entire staff enough for their support, expertise, and encouragement. For the first time since my injury, I feel hopeful more hopeful than Ive been in a long time.
