Garrett, Charlie, and the whole crew did an amazing job fixing my house after we had a fire! Everything was top notch!Garrett also went above and beyond dealing with my insurance company and making sure everything was covered that needed to be replaced! Can't say enough good things!!

Lake State Builders is an excellent company. Garrett is personable and very pleasant to work with. He is conscientious about giving the homeowner the best high quality roof possible. He can achieve this using an experienced crew and high quality materials. His preferred roofing manufacturer is Malarkey Roofing Products. If you take a close look at Malarkeys manufacturing process, you will see why their shingle is possibly the best shingle on the market. On top of all that Garretts price was more affordable than three other quotes I received. Im very happy with my new roof! It looks fantastic and Im confident it will serve me trouble free for many years!
