I have had Joe do many jobs for me [I have a split-level townhome in Chanhassen] and he is GREAT. He is extremely punctual, thorough and very responsive. If he says he's going to do somethng, he does it, no ifs, ands or buts. His prices are more than reasonable. He is extremely intelligent with over 20 years experience. He is a great problem-solver: show him your punch list and he will go into problem-solving mode and offer several solutions that you might never have contemplated.
