Our pricing is based on the volume of items, labor required, and accessibility of the job. We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Every project is unique, and we take the time to assess each situation fairly to ensure accurate pricing, especially for larger cleanouts or sensitive situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs, followed by a free, upfront estimate. Once approved, we schedule a time that works best for you. On service day, our team arrives on time, works efficiently and respectfully, and handles all lifting, hauling, and cleanup. We finish with a final walkthrough to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

Our team is trained through hands-on experience in clean-outs, junk removal, and property services. We follow best practices for safety, proper lifting, responsible disposal, and respectful handling of personal belongings.
