- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you start training with me, we begin by discussing your goals, lifestyle, and challenges to create a customized, results-driven program tailored to you. Your first session includes a full assessment of your movement, strength, and fitness level, so we can track progress and adjust as you improve. I provide accountability, guidance, and support every step of the way
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through ISSA and NCCPT, with additional CPR and AED certification. My training combines evidence based exercise and nutrition strategies with real world experience, including my own 150 lb transformation and bodybuilding competition. This allows me to create safe, effective, and personalized programs that get results while understanding the mental and physical challenges clients face.
