I recently hosted a private rooftop party in Midtown for about 2530 people, and Twist Catering absolutely exceeded every expectation! The guests of this particular party were all very important persons/clients and I was feeling the pressure to make it a success. From the very first phone call, the Twist team was responsive, helpful, and full of creative ideas to make the event feel special & stress free.The food was the star of the eveningfresh, beautifully presented, and so delicious that guests are still talking about it weeks later. Chef Michael Balboni curated a custom menu that was truly perfect for the occasion. Their team took the time to understand our vision, added their own thoughtful suggestions, and crafted a menu that was both elevated and crowd-pleasing. From the diverse appetizers, inventive sides, out of this world mains (would certainly recommend the Twist Lasagna), every dish was a hit. For perspective, I overheard a group of guests, who were no strangers to high end dining, all agree: this is the best catered food theyve ever had. They even took dietary needs into account seamlessly, which was a huge relief.If youre planning any kind of event in NYC, I couldnt recommend Twist Catering more highly. They helped turn our event into a memorable summer night filled with incredible food, seamless service, and lots of happy guests. Ill definitely be working with them again!
