We had the absolute pleasure of working with Chef Will for two very special celebrations — my birthday with my immediate family and later my son’s 7th birthday in the summer — and both experiences were exceptional.
From start to finish, he went above and beyond in every way. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully curated for our guests. But what truly set him apart was the level of care, professionalism, and warmth he and his team brought into our home. They created an atmosphere that felt both elevated and incredibly comfortable.
