FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Training is offered in private, customized packages. I work with a limited number of clients to ensure a high level of attention, accountability, and program design. Packages are structured monthly and based on frequency (typically 2–4 sessions per week). Rates reflect individualized programming, in-session coaching, ongoing support, and progress tracking. Consistency is key, so I prioritize clients who are ready to commit to a minimum of three months to see measurable results. Because of the personalized nature of my training, I do not offer one-off drop-in sessions. Pricing is discussed after an initial consultation to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client begins with a consultation to discuss goals, training history, lifestyle, and any physical limitations. From there, I conduct a movement assessment to evaluate strength, posture, imbalances, and mobility. Based on this assessment, I design a customized strength program tailored to their specific aesthetic and performance goals — whether that’s building muscle, leaning out, improving core strength, or preparing for a specific event. Training sessions are structured, progressive, and intentional. We track performance, adjust programming as needed, and prioritize long-term results over quick fixes. My focus is on building strength intelligently while sculpting lean definition and improving overall confidence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my education at ISU in Kinesiology and then earned my NASM Certified Personal Trainer Certification. I have trained clients in high-performance environments including cruise ships and Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles, where performance, posture, and physical presentation are essential. My experience includes preparing brides for their wedding day, working with middle-aged women navigating metabolic and hormonal shifts, and coaching individuals focused on building lean muscle and body recomposition. My approach is rooted in progressive strength training, proper biomechanics, and sustainable programming. I prioritize joint health, core stability, glute development, and muscle preservation — especially for clients in their 30s, 40s, and beyond.
