Dana's Drum Studio

Hi! I’m Dana LaMarca, a Los Angeles–based touring and session drummer with over 20 years of teaching experience. I’ve toured and recorded with artists like Maggie Rogers, BANKS, and Joshua Bassett, and have performed on shows like Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show, and NPR’s Tiny Desk. I teach private drum lessons for all levels — whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro looking for new healthy approaches to the instrument. My goal is to make lessons fun, practical, and tailored to what you want to get better at. Lessons are available in person in Los Angeles or via Zoom anywhere in the world.
