Hi! I’m Jarod, owner of Phoenix Tech Rescue, a local tech support and smart home service based in Surprise serving the West Valley and Phoenix area.
I help homeowners and small businesses with things like computer repair, PC and Mac troubleshooting, printer setup, WiFi and internet issues, smart home installation, security cameras, Ring doorbells, TV mounting, device setup, and general tech support.
My goal is to make technology simple and stress-free. I take the time to explain what’s going on, fix the problem the right way, and make sure everything is working perfectly before I leave.
I’ve worked in technology and engineering for years and pride myself on being honest, reliable, and easy to work with. Whether it’s fixing a slow computer, setting up a new TV, or getting your home WiFi working properly, I’m happy to help.

Jarod has had a passion for everything tech since a very young age- hes built several computers from scratch, resolved many of his friends/ family tech challenges, has an audio engineering degree, and now has worked for dozens of families in Peoria and Surprise. Phoenix Tech Rescue is owned by Jarod Glawe. I have had the best experience with Jarod's help to repair my computer which was frequently shutting down randomly. Jarod is very intelligent, patient and knowledgeable in all things regarding computers and sound systems. He comes to your home on time and quickly assess the problem.
