Hi, I’m Logan — an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer focused on helping people get stronger, move better, and stay consistent with their fitness.
I work with clients of all experience levels, whether you’re just starting out, getting back into a routine, or looking to take your training to the next level. My approach is simple: build sustainable programs that help you see real progress without overcomplicating things.

I’ve had a really great experience working with him. After having ankle surgery, he’s been helping me slowly get back into lifting in a way that feels safe and manageable.
