- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You’ll get more bang for your buck. I offer value added simple because of my experience and detail oriented approach, the big bonus is if I see something that makes more sense I’ll flag it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery meeting, Understanding of the customer problems/needs, make suggestions, listen to feedback and create a proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Interior Design Bachelors Degree 15+ years in construction commercial & residential Acted as a Designer, contractor, owners rep and client, being on all positions gives me the ability to relate, understand and assist.
