As follow up work, we had 25 year old dated wood and spindle railing leading up to our second floor, and Alfredo fabricated and installed new metal railings that complimented our house. This work included removal of our existing railing, fabricating the new railing, painting the railing an touch up finish work on the surrounding drywall and steps. Unbelievable great result. Alfredo is personable, prompt, very skilled, and great value for work performed"See more

After the plumber resolved the leak and UWRG McKinney completed water remediation, we were left to find someone to repair the flooring and walls.We decided to proceed with a full bathroom remodel and contacted Azores on a Saturday before checking and realizing that we did so outside of their business hours. We received a call back and voicemail early Sunday morning from Rachel. First impression with a company is important to establish great customer relations, and Rachel was fantastic. Her tone was bright and friendly, and she set a great start to our day. We were quickly scheduled for a walk through and estimate.Arad & Ben were our points of contact from start to finish. These dynamic duos are awesome to work with. They quickly assessed the bathroom, took measurements, looked through my saved inspiration pics, patiently listened to us describe what we would like, and gave us a quote for the labor. Work scope, estimated time frame, and payment terms were made clear. A 10% deposit was collected once we signed the contract. Next, a date was set to meet with them to select tiles, trim, and grout. We selected and communicated with them on our choice vanity, mirror, light fixtures, faucet systems, and drain own prior to purchasing to ensure they would work with the remodeling plan. They text ahead on estimated arrival time to check in on the work progress daily and provided ample opportunities to address questions. After work already commenced, we decided to add to the work scope, and they efficiently worked it into the timeline at separate reasonable price.The workers. Luis, Diego, and a female. Apologies for forgetting and any misspelling. Estimated work hours and offsite lunch breaks were communicated with us beforehand. They covered their work path and areas to minimize dust. They collected and hauled away construction waste daily. Materials and tools were arranged and left in our garage. They did final checks and confirmed with us on our preferences prior to proceeding with permanent modification/installation work.We are extremely happy with Azores for helping to turn our outdated, cramped, tub style bathroom to this spacious, modern, walk in shower stylewith added shelving! I believe the 5 star ratings here accurately describes the quality of their work. They are pros at communicating and turning their customers fragmented ideas into cohesive reality.
