Hibye Coffee Shop in Westlake is amazing! The drinks are delicious, and I loved that they put custom images on their cold foam-it's such a unique touch. The coffee quality is top notch and actually kept me energized throughout the day. Their iced matcha was refreshing, and I especially loved the iced coffee I tried (the organic cinnamon almond flat white-at least I remember it had cinnamon)-so good!The customer service is just as great as the drinks. I feel bad I forgot his name, but he remembered mine, which made the experience feel so personal. He's super welcoming, answers any questions, and even helps with custom drink ideas.The pastries are also worth trying-the cookies (one was a s'mores flavor and the other I can't quite remember) were delicious, and the avocado toast was perfect.Overall, Hyde Coffee Shop is easily one of the best cafs I've been to. Highly recommend!

OUR MAIN MAN, MAXan exceptional talent and human! Our little family popped in on a drive from Carlsbad to Ventura County. Max offered us a vibrant, electric welcomethis set the tone for our visit! The menu is incredible, an endless list of creative, out-of-the box curated drinks. I picked his brain about his favorites and I settled on the punch-in-your-face espresso/Bailey cream fusion. PHENOMENALa delectable sense of sweet, with a hidden, punch-in-your-face boost. Max was a natural with our son, Luke, and we connected on family, as he mentioned his daughters shared love of Spider-Man characters. Max is a mixologist but a master of making connection.This space is such a special gemthe interior is immaculate and exudes the essence of Europe.Cannot wait to come back. Cannot wait!
