My pricing depends on the scope of work, level of design, and permitting requirements. I typically provide a clear flat fee after reviewing the project. Services can range from permit-ready drawings to full design development. I focus on providing well-coordinated, buildable solutions that help avoid delays during permitting and construction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief consultation to understand your goals, site conditions, and scope. From there, I develop a clear layout and design direction, followed by a complete set of drawings for permitting. I stay involved to ensure the project moves smoothly through city approvals and into construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of professional experience in architecture, working on residential and commercial projects in the U.S. and internationally, including Japan. I have worked on high-end single-family homes and have strong experience in design, construction documents, and permitting processes. I have a Master of Architecture from UCLA and a Bachelor of Architecture.
