CHARGED $15k to a card without permission!!Owner of Budget Blinds of Seattle, Tom refuses to give it back.If I could give them less stars I would.Absolute con artists, they will take your money, and tell you a story of how they are retired small business owners and have no money so they cant give you yours back.This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The owner is manipulative and lies. I was in the market for blinds getting quotes from many different companies. He gave me a quote and told me to sign it to secure the offer number, then if I decide to go through with it he doesnt have to drive back to my house. So I assumed it was like a car, or apartment, if they offer you a deal you can sign the paper to ensure that is guaranteed if you decide to go through with the offer. Since my significant other had a very busy schedule at the time during training camp in August, the owner of the company said he can take his card number and hold it until he gets approval from him, that way when he was ready to purchase he could push it through quickly.My significant other woke up the next morning to a $15,000 charge on his card when he had never spoke to the owner of Budget Blinds who provided the quote. He did not sign approval for his credit card to be charged or for fixtures to be installed in his home that he owns.The owner Tom tricked me into signing a contract and providing a credit card number after reassuring he would not charge until he spoke to the owner. He also told me he did several of my significant others co workers house so I could trust him. Which we found out he never did and lied to us.They are con artists who tried to take advantage of a first time home buyer who was new to the state of Washington, all because they knew how much money the owner of the home made.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.I recently ordered several blinds for our townhouse in Magnolia and was really excited and was pleased with the price, which probably should have made me more skeptical then I was when I got such a reasonable offer. Chris, who installed the blinds, was great. The product, however, sucks. The valances aren't even in my windows, which Chris really worked to fix. However, they still don't look right. One of the valences in the master bedroom, even Chris says is definitely a 1/4 inch off in the width. Ultimately though, I am told that the windows in my house, which was built in 2008, are sloped and it's not the blinds or the valance, it's my house. The owner called and did "try" to give me alternatives like installing the blinds further out of the window and adjust the valance based on the new location of the blinds, which Chris tried to do and didn't work. He kept going back and forth with me that it's not the product, it's my house and would probably still not be perfect. Over and over again, he kept saying that if you took a level to my window, it would be level but the ceiling is sloped. This is not my first time ordering blinds. I had blinds installed in my home in Northern Virginia and that house was built in 1950 but didn't have an issue with the valances. He kept telling me that this was common and that in the 20 years he's done this, most of his customers just "get over it". They probably get over it because the owner will argue with you to the point where you just throw your hands up and pay for a sub-par product. I will never order from this company again and would encourage anyone looking for blinds to purchase elsewhere too.

I worked with one of Budget Blinds new sales associates, Gianna Moretti who was an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely professional given her short tenure in the business. She was extremely thorough and made everything incredibly easy for me. This was for a large rental unit we own with great territorial views that features tons of windows meaning lots of blinds required. Once Gianna understood what I was looking for she took it from there. She proposed concepts and worked with me to make the project meet my aggressive timeline and budget. The entire project was completed in less than a month and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Sammy, CJ, and especially Gianna from the Budget Blinds Seattle team, you guys are great!

Everything about this experience was top notch.Giana was very quick to setup an in-home appointment with me to go over my needs and take measurements for a quote. She got me the quote far quicker than anyone else, at the lowest price, and could actually do what I needed (motorized smart blinds for a large window). She had no issue with coming back another time for final fabric and design choices even though parking my area really sucks. She made sure to clarify with Lutron what fabrics were available for the size I needed and placed the order efficiently. Giana made sure I understood the whole process and had no questions.Once my product came in (right with-in quoted timeframe), it was easy to schedule for installation. On install day, Richie and Sam arrived within the timeframe and got right to work. I appreciated that they simply asked for my input instead of making assumptions throughout the installation. They were super friendly, delicate with my home, and got the job done quickly. After they'd left, my husband noticed some small issues, which Giana has been quick to respond do. I have the utmost faith in this company and would not think twice about using them again.My Lutron blinds are exactly what I was looking for and worth every penny.
