- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard consultation fee of $450 includes these client services (travel stipend not included). Please see current rate sheet for travel stipend, expense coverage, additional consult hourly fees, and deposit requirements. • Two, 45-minute pre-ceremony phone or video calls to plan ceremony vision and wish list • Collaborative review of ceremony elements, customization and final ceremony script • Wedding ceremony rehearsal with bridal party and wedding coordinator (up to one-hour) • Wedding ceremony (up to 30-minutes) • Facilitating marriage license documents and submission per state/county requirements Note: Officiating services do not include pre-marital counseling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up an initial intake session to discuss the vision for your ceremony and to ensure mutual understanding and compatibility. Then I meet in person or virtually with the couple to learn about your love story, your relationship and your ceremony preferences over two different sessions. I then provide a draft of your custom ceremony for review and we fine-tune the vision and script. I'll provide a final version for approval and then we'll await the rehearsal and wedding day logistics and coordination.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess in-depth knowledge of event experience design and production, including wedding management, and understand the nuances of stage presence and audience engagement. I love creating intimate and custom ceremonies that truly reflect your vision. My 30-year career in marketing and event experience design, plus skills in voice acting, writing copy, public speaking, and meeting facilitation ensure a ceremony that reflects your vision and engages your friends and family.
