- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with understanding the customer’s issue and scheduling a convenient time to assess the problem. I perform a thorough diagnosis, explain the issue clearly, and provide upfront pricing before starting any work. Once approved, I complete the repair efficiently and make sure everything is working properly before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience in the plumbing field, working on everything from minor repairs to full system installations. Working with many different companies. I stay up to date with current plumbing codes and best practices to ensure all work is done safely and efficiently.
