My name is Autumn Maxwell LPC-A Supervised by Latasha Teamer LPC-S. At Kander Counseling and Consulting, I believe that the version of yourself the world sees isn't always the version that's actually living inside. My goal is to help you peel back those layers to rediscover your most authentic self. I specialize in helping people work through identity issues, complex relational patterns, and the emotional weight that comes with them. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, which means I use a variety of proven tools tailored specifically to your unique story. So whether you are navigating neurodivergent masking, the echoes of narcissistic or borderline patterns/trauma, or deep-seated emotional struggles.
