This is a difficult review for reasons youll see in the attached images and has been edited. Were generally grateful to have the work done which is why we stomached the effort dealing with disgruntled salesman, effort on our part reviewing and pointing out construction issues, and long time around the whole project.That said, the radio silence in addressing noticeable and concerning roofing issue and additional out of pocket cost to fix is pretty concerning.Original:Chris, Javi, and Steve of Rodas Construction have worked their hardest to make our dream of a screened porch a realty over the past 6 months while still being affordable! We look forward to meals outside with mesh screens to keep bugs out and a pleasant, relaxing breeze. Hands down, best investment we could make and certainly one were enjoying!

I just had one of the worst experiences ever with a company with these people. I know that gets exaggerated a lot, but in all legitimacy.I would NEVER contact them to do work. I saw good reviews and booked an appointment with them to get an estimate on remodeling two houses. The appointment was booked days in advance, and I explained the general scope to the administrator. Steve decides he doesn't want to quote them because it's too much work and people sometimes get quotes and then don't use them??? He literally said this to me. And that it was a problem that I didn't own them yet even though I am under contract for them with a huge deposit and closing in a month. I'm doing legwork for after I close. Then I convince him to look at them after he questions me to death on the phone, an hour before our appointment (that had to be set up with two different realtors), lets me drive all the way across town to the houses and calls me as I'm sitting there (didn't even have the courtesy to wait and talk to me in person) and tell me that the houses are "too old."SERIOUSLY???! What, you renovate new homes?? Isn't that kind of the point and the market for renovations?? Then stop advertising that you do them. "You never know what you find, blah, blah, blah..." I've been renovating houses for years. You quote what needs to be redone and assume gutting it, all new. It's not that hard. Then they refuse to let me talk to the owner. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Rodas Construction provided professional and quality service from the quoting of the project through each step to the finished product. Their personnel are trained and very knowledgeable about the GAF products and installation procedures. They offer the GAF integrated products for both durability and longevity but also to qualify for extended term and transferrable warranty. Rodas has installed roofs on two houses for me and I am very pleased and would recommend them.In addition, they replaced a deck to my home which was done with quality materials and workmanship.They also stand behind their work as a minor issue needed to be corrected and they sent a skilled workman on a 6 hour round trip to make the repair.We have been very pleased with their work and have recommended them to others.

Fantastic service. I am truly impressed by Rodas Construction's level of service. It is truly outstanding and head and shoulders above the service provided by other siding companies. I used Rodas to completely replace my old masonite siding, including fascia, soffit, and frieze boards, with new James Hardie fiber cement panel siding. The design that I wanted is very unusual as it entailed panel siding (4 feet by 10 feet) and battens on the seams, 4 feet apart as opposed to the traditional 16 inches. Despite the unusual nature of my request, Cole Faulkner (the Rodas sales representative) did a phenomenal job putting my vision to work. He did a 3D model of how the siding would end up looking to ensure he and I were aligned. I am truly speechless with Cole's level of service. He went above and beyond in properly conceptualizing my vision, making sure the proposal was super detailed, and covered everything I wanted. He even raised some very important issues I was not considering which were very important to the project. My gutters were also replaced and they look awesome. Overall, it was a truly fantastic experience working with Cole and the Rodas team. I wish more service providers would be like the Rodas team because their level of effort and communication was an A+. I am beyond happy with the work that the team put. It was truly hard work that was priced fairly for the amount of effort the team put. In the end, the siding turned out better than expected. I can honestly say that Rodas was by far the best siding company I have dealt with because prior to assigning the job to them I had interviewed three others (Carolina Exteriors, My Guys Remodeling, and Aluminum Company). Not one of the sales people delivered and provided the level of effort and service that Cole provided. Selecting the Rodas team was super easy based on how honest, responsive, detailed, and truly awesome my experience with Cole was. Cole's involvement didn't stop at just closing the sale. He was present on the job while the work was getting done to ensure quality control. As snags were uncovered that needed to be addressed, Cole did a great job addressing those timely and proposing good solutions. Great job guys. You are by far the trendsetters from a level of service and professionalism standpoint in the construction/remodeling business. Thanks for all your hard work and effort. It has been quite a joy working with you. I wish you continued success.
