- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Move & Bloom, we believe in transparent, flexible pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is unique, so we provide customized quotes based on your goals, timeline, and level of support needed. We also offer package options for recurring services, multi-session bookings, and 15% commission for any referrals. During your consultation, we’ll walk you through everything clearly so you know exactly what to expect, time expectations and all fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, we start with a discovery conversation to learn more about your goals, challenges, and vision via phone or Zoom. From there, we create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. Once we agree on the scope and timeline, we guide you through each step with open communication, consistent support, and clear expectations. Our goal is to make the process feel collaborative, supportive, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background of 10 years of event production and organization (80 live events!) and 4 major city moves (Boston, Miami, NYC, Chicago and soon back to Florida!) gives us tremendous hands-on experience related to moving and organization.
