His system emphasizes movement, nutrion and mindset three pillars of health and you need to address to get where you want to go.On movement, he'll tailor an exercise program specifically to your lifestyle and goals. He emphasizes daily movement like walking and intential exercise like functional strength training. His workout sessions are highly organized and intentional. He tracks your progression, monitors your comfort, encourages you to push at your own pace, and does this all wearing a ridiculous pair of socks.On nutrition, he understands the importance of accountability and provides meal plans and guidance on macros. Before I started working James I didn't know how to work out at all. I didn't understand gym etiquette or even how to do it in a way in which I wouldn't hurt myself. All I knew was that I wanted to take control of my physical health and I certainly wasn't getting any younger.James was really friendly and brokedown the importanceof form and the benefits of working out regularly. He really made going to the gym and working out attainable to my lifestyle--and I never really considered myself athletic until working out with James. I now have greater confidence, more muscle definition, and I'm down 15lbs!James one on one approach to his training goes way beyond working out. His positivity has not only inspired me to have a more healthy view, but a more optimistic outlook in all areas of my life.

I've been working out with James for a while now and can say that he keeps you motivated to continue training and improve your personal life overall. I think everyone can agree that some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. James has really kept me moving. James is very personable and knowledgeable. He works with what I have at home and it has been great to see my success unfold in front of me. His great attitude and constant contact goes a long way while reaching for my goals, never feeling alone in this. James has been an inspiration with his own fitness and achievements. He is always cheerful and while he pushes hard to get me to my goals, I have worked harder and longer because of him.

I have been working with James for over 2 years and he has been a life changer for me. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a trainer / life coach. He has been extremely influential in helping change my mindset when it comes to exercise, healthy habits and life in general. He is always making sure I am practicing gratitude and keeping up with my habits. He has always made sure that I stay driven and motivated towards my goals.
