FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hearth & Stone Hospitality LLC offers transparent, customized pricing based on the scope, guest count, timeline, and complexity of each event. Package pricing is designed to provide flexibility for both corporate and life events, with optional à la carte services available for clients needing targeted support. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance typically structured as milestone payments. Vendor, venue, travel, rental, catering, and décor costs are quoted separately unless otherwise stated in the proposal. We proudly support military members, veterans, and repeat clients with select discounts when applicable. Complimentary 30-minute consultations are available for all new inquiries.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation where we discuss your vision, goals, budget, timeline, and event priorities. After the consultation, we provide a customized proposal outlining recommended services and estimated investment. Once booked, we move into planning and coordination, which may include venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics planning, décor styling, timeline development, and guest experience coordination. Throughout the process, clients receive clear communication, milestone check-ins, and organized planning support. As the event approaches, we finalize logistics, confirm vendors, and manage execution to ensure a polished and stress-free experience from setup through breakdown.
