We chose MasterBuild Construction for a big bathroom renovation project and could not be happier with the results. We ripped out one small bathroom, took extra space from two bedrooms, and ended up with an ensuite bathroom and proper guest bath. The team took ample time during the initial consult to answer all of our many, many questions. This was compared to several other contractors that spent maybe 10-15 minutes taking measurements and giving surface-level responses. Once we kicked things off, the contract and timeline were very clear. The team communicated early and often, and there was always work happening. The individual contractors showed up on time, as scheduled and were polite and respectful of our home. The suppliers Lanna recommended were also very helpful in helping us pick materials that matched our vision, and the final bathrooms look stunning. Highly recommend for quality, timely, professional work.

Lanna is a professional. Of the contractors I've worked with, he is the most communicative, responsive, and helpful by far. That is just the baseline. He and his team do neat and precise work. We had a really sketchy attic in our Somerville condo, where our HVAC system lives, and the only way to get up there was via a step ladder next to an open balcony. This was a potential liability for the building, let alone dangerous for anyone to do work on our heating system. Lanna found the right ladder, repaired all the structural deficiencies around the attic opening, and built a save-wall adjoining the opening to cover this open balcony. The work was done neatly and thoroughly. It was not a rush job and no half-measures were taken. I was quoted very fairly for the job. I would not hesitate to hire Lanna again.

Hiring a painting company, or any contractor for that matter, can be stressful. Even after searching all the reviews you can wonder are those reviews all legit? and other things that can make you wonder if youre still rolling the dice even after all of your research. But eventually you need to make a choice and go for it.This review is absolutely legit, without question. And Im writing it in hopes of helping others in the quandary I described above. We found ourselves in desperate need of a painter (see the before and after pictures attached and youll see why!). We had to get our home ready to sell and we had a room we just couldnt see ourselves tackling. Then as the process evolved we decided to do a total of 4 rooms and a stairway.After much research we settled on Paint Bros Ma. Justin came out quickly and got us an estimate. Then when we decided to do the additional rooms he was right on top of that in getting us an updated quote. The price was fair and we gave him the job.I have to say we couldnt be happier!! Lanna communication thru the whole process was excellent! This was very important to me as I dont like being left hanging on things. His painter willy headed up this project and he was amazing! I actually told him he was an artist and his work was transformational. (Again, see attached pics). The job was done quickly and every room looked beautiful and my home was left clean like they were never there.I could go on but I think you get the point. Theres a reason this company has all of the 5 star reviews that they do. Lanna and his team are the real deal and if youre looking for a painter youd be well served working with them! Thank you Lanna and Willy for doing such a beautiful job for us!
