- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are considered quite competitive. Although we quote using top line products and always aim to do the highest quality work we also work hard to apply technique and make choices in the application process which lead to greater efficiency. This very often translates into highly competitive pricing as the savings can be passed along.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak on the phone or through email / text. Visit the site if possible (if not new or not yet owned), provide a customized detailed proposal and then schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
