What sets me apart is that I explain things in plain English and take the time to actually solve the problem — not rush you off the phone. I've been doing residential tech support since 2021, everything from computers and phones to printers, email, passwords, and virus cleanup, and I've spent years volunteering at a 55+ community's computer club helping members one-on-one. That taught me patience and how to meet people where they are, whatever their comfort level with technology.

We (my wife and I) have used High Tech Computer Solutions, soon after we moved from Del Mar (San Diego) to Palm Desert some years ago. He immediately proved to be invaluable, quickly getting us up and running. More importantly, long after we got set up, Ryan continued to provide incredible support and solutions, no matter if it involved a setting that somehow changed, buried deep within the layers of software, or some more serious problem (e.g., locking us out of our own computer).Ryan is friendly, easy to communicate with, very patient and extremely efficient.
