NYC Tutoring Studio

I combine a strong classical music background with more than 10 years of teaching experience and an individual approach to every student. My goal is not simply to teach you the right notes, but to help you become a more confident and independent musician. Lessons can include technique, sound, interpretation, repertoire, sight-reading and, importantly, learning how to practise effectively between lessons. I have 12 years of formal music education, studied Piano Performance at the Royal College of Music in London, and currently continue my piano studies through Juilliard Extension at The Juilliard School in New York City. I have also performed internationally and developed my musical skills through masterclasses with distinguished pianists and teachers. Lessons are friendly, focused and non-judgmental, with clear goals tailored to your level, interests and ambitions. I welcome complete beginners, returning adults, younger students and more experienced pianists looking for more demanding musical guidance.
