- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
20% off 1st appointment. I ask the client to put together a list in order of priority of what needs to be fixed. Using that as the guide during the appointment I inform the client what to expect as I complete the list.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of corporate and person to person experience solving the problems that the Apple store can't or won't fix. The Apple store geniuses are my best source of referrals.
